About Anchor Realty Ltd.
 Anchor Realty Ltd. is comprised of Wendy Fisher,
Crystal Staepel, and Amber Jones a mother and her two
daughters. We are a boutique office specializing in
residential real estate from condo's to ranch land and
everything inbetween.
The Fisher family has been residents of Routt County
since 1910. Our deep roots in this valley, combined with
the love we have for our home, gives us unique insights
into our business.
Crystal Staepel
Crystal specializes in the Stagecoach area as a longtime
resident, her knowledge of the area has been a great
asset when buying and selling property in Stagecoach.
Anchor Realty Ltd is a closely held company. We have an
impeccable reputation. Striving to be open, honest and
trust-worthy; we ask the same from our clients and
customers. Being actively involved in the community for
38 years, we are well known and respected in the local
and business community. Involved in and supporting
community programs as 4-H, FFA, Habitat for Humanity, CARHOF, SSBR and many others.
Crystal is a graduate of SoRoCo and resides in
Stagecoach: she is on the MLS committee and
Scholarship Fundraising Committee for the Board of
Realtors.

Wendy is Past President of the Board of Realtor's; she
curenlty serves as the group's Treasurer. Wendy is also a
two-time SSBR Realtor of the Year (2005 and 2007).
